Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership Agreement
Membership benefits are not transferable to any other individuals including immediate family members.
Membership benefits can be used at any Boardroom location.
Membership does not guarantee appointment date or time availability. Service booking is on a first come, first serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take full advantage of all membership benefits.
Member agrees that we cannot guarantee a Stylist/Barber at any time during the Membership term.
Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based on what a salon can accommodate.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen. To avoid being charged a fee, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or by cancelling/rescheduling through the web/mobile app if you can’t make your scheduled appointment. Since our service professionals are unable to fill a missed appointment, they miss out on valuable compensation. Other clients also miss out on booking a time slot occupied by a missed appointment. For the benefit and respect of our team of professionals and our clients, a fee of $25 will be charged if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before, or do not show up for, your scheduled appointment.
Once Monthly Membership
Membership entitles the member to one (1) haircut service per month issued at the time of payment. Services can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. Any unused accrued services expire and are forfeited if not used within 90 days of membership cancellation.
You are considered an “active member” if you have made all monthly payments on time and have not terminated or frozen your membership status. Any delays in payment collection may result in your inability to access member benefits and book appointments.
Unlimited Membership
Membership entitles to an unlimited number of haircut services and the agreed number of additional services (if applicable), as set forth in the Boardroom’s service menu for the term of the membership.
All unlimited memberships incur a one-time payment at the time of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of the term. For recurring membership, you are considered an “active member” if you have made all payments on time and have not terminated your membership status. Any delays in payment collection may result in your inability to access member benefits and book appointments.
Billing Terms
Your payment of the price of the membership will be charged on the day of enrollment and continue thereafter until you request to cancel. Payments will be charged to the credit card you place on file. If your credit card expires, you authorize us to obtain a new expiration date from the card issuer, if we choose to do so, and/or to continue billing the card in accordance with the terms of this agreement (whether or not we have obtained a new expiration date). In accordance with applicable law, if our first attempt to collect any fee under this Agreement is unsuccessful, we may make additional attempts to collect from any/all payment methods you provide us, plus a service fee of up to $25 or the maximum amount allowed by law for each instance we submit or re-submit such payment request and it is returned uncollectable for any reason including, insufficient funds, expired or cancelled payment cards, overdrafts and closed accounts. We are not liable for any fees charged by your financial institution if a payment request is returned as uncollectable.
Membership rates are subject to change. Boardroom Styling Lounge will make reasonable effort to inform you of the rate change, however, members that do not receive Marketing communication may not receive notice.
Membership charges and associated fees including freeze, cancellation, and no show fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Membership Cancellation
Subject to applicable law, memberships are eligible for cancellation per signed memberships agreement upon initial enrollment. To request cancellation, visit www.boardroomstylinglounge.com/membercancel. To avoid a renewal charge for the next period, auto-renewal must be cancelled four (4) days prior to the payment collection date.
Unlimited memberships with a 3 or 15-month term are not subject to automatic renewal at the end of the term and do not require cancellation.
Monthly Membership Freeze
Monthly memberships are eligible for a freeze period of up to 90 days. A fee of $10 per month will be charged in order to maintain your membership status. Haircut services and additional membership benefits are not available during the freeze period. At the end of the freeze period, the membership will automatically reactivate and the card on file will be charged the next month’s membership fee. In order to request a freeze you must email memberships@boardroomsalon.com four (4) days prior to the next payment collection date.
Military Members: If you are deployed or assigned to active duty, Boardroom will allow you to freeze your membership without a monthly fee for the time in which you are absent upon written request to memberships@boardroomsalon.com. You will need to provide proof of deployment or assignment detailing your absence and the applicable time period.
This Membership Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior Membership Agreements. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are valid until the membership is cancelled and/or all benefits have expired.
